Description:
Dead-taken (dredged) but it looks really fresh. Excellent gloss. The dorsum is very dark indeed (probably darker than it appears in the photo) and has the ‘classic’ pattern. The base is also very attractive and well-coloured. It is definitely the finest specimen I have been able to offer, and also very large.
The actual postage cost will be added to your order. There is no 'packing' charge.
- Most parcels within the UK cost £4.25.
- Shipments to Europe cost from £6.60 upwards (dependent on weight).
- Shipments outside Europe cost from £9.70 upwards (dependent on weight).
- Small shells that fit in a 24mm deep box cost only £1.55 to ship within the UK, £3.80 to Europe, or £4.60 outside Europe.
- I generally send orders >€150 by registered mail, which costs £2.00 extra within the UK. The extra cost with international shipments is very dependent on the country.
- For international orders >€250 there is an additional £3.00 insurance charge.
I understand that occasionally a shell is just "not what you expected" when you receive it, for a variety of reasons. You are welcome to return any shell within 14 days of receipt if you are not completely satisfied, for either refund or credit. Return postage costs would be at your expense. This is a policy that has worked well throughout my 28 years in the business.
